Some days you carry more than your own load. A difficult colleague, a family visit, a week of holding everyone else together, and afterwards you feel heavy in a way sleep doesn't fix.

A Shamanic Healing session is a ceremony we hold together. We begin with a conversation about where you are and what wants to be released. Then you guide me as much as I guide you: you tell me what you see, sense and notice, and I follow it with what the moment calls for, from clearing your energy field and the cords that tie you to certain people, to drum journeys, inner child work or a ritual of release.

Because you are in it the whole time, you leave knowing what moved. This is not about “fixing” you, but about calling home and integrating the parts of your soul that have been scattered, silenced, or forgotten. GHADEER'S STORY: SAFE INSIDE HERSELF

Ghadeer did one of my recorded shamanic drum journeys at home. In the journey, she searched for a place where she felt safe. Not with her sister. Not in her favourite place in the world. Not even with her late father standing beside her.
